Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items are stocked, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned.

ORDER PROCESSING

TheFabricPeople stores aims to process and dispatch orders within 7 days of placing the order, although some items may be delivered much earlier. Certain products may take a little longer, if this is the case then we will e-mail you letting you know how long the order will take to process, as soon as the order is received.

TheFabricPeople store's payment pages are held on secure servers. We run the latest secure server software to ensure full encryption and maximum security for our customers. Only if your credit card has been authorized will your credit card be debited accordingly. You will receive conformation of card payment.

If you have any faulty items, you can either bring it into the store with a proof of purchase, or if you cannot get to our store and wish to send it back to us, then please contact us and we shall arrange a carrier to take the parcel.

If you wish to exchange items, then contact us and we shall arrange it for yourself, as long as we are contacted within 7 days of your purchase.

OUR SERVICE

We take pride in offering exceptional service and we make every effort to send your order promptly. Please expect your order within 7 days maximum. Our fabrics are held in our distribution warehouse, and are dispatched directly from there. Your order will, whenever possible be sent to you in one delivery.

AVAILABILITY

We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays. We will always keep you in contact about the whereabouts of your order.

PRICES

Prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Orders delivered within the European Union will be inclusive of VAT. Orders delivered outside the European Union will incur VAT.

PAYMENT

Your credit/debit card will be charged only when your order is dispatched. If it is not denominated in UK pounds sterling, it will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the change is made.

DELIVERY

We have a standard delivery charge of £6.00 for all orders, samples incur a delivery charge of £1.00. If we find that the delivery will cost more or less, we shall notify you straight away and charge you accordingly
